At the end of 2013, Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang (PNUP) or if it translate become State Polytechnic of Ujung Pandang was given a special opportunity to be visited by one of Reps Mozilla (volunteers from Mozilla) that is a beautiful and smart woman that is Rara (k'Rara) along with one of her friend Tika (k'Tika). Tuesday afternoon (31 December 2013), they travelled to PNUP to see the campus student PNUP who are interested to join the Mozilla community in Indonesia.
Met in the IT Center PNUP room and talking about a variety of things about Mozilla, how to join, its requirements, and so on. After some long discussions and guiding the students to join in Mozilla, has finally been officially opened the "Firefox Club PNUP" that are specific to all PNUP students and lecturer who wish to join the Mozilla and Firefox's Students became Ambassadors.
Hopefully with this Club, Firefox could be a container for students are interested in Firefox in order to improve his knowledge and also introduced the campus out of the PNUP.
